I am soon moving and I won’t be going to my same school I am becoming very depressed. What are some ways I can overcome depression and be more confident when I move?

well my best friend is moving away how can i resolve this and shes moving tomorow. im really depresed and i could be watching larry the cable guy and cry………… i want this to stop and i will miss her so much. how can i treat my depression???????? please help me
well i also didnt mention that her dad was in the military and her mom hates it down in FL her mom just absolutly hates it and so they mooved down here so my friend could see her dad more often. her parents arent divorced just separated and so now shes going back up to MO and she nor me know when she will be back if she ever is and her boy friend is up there and so now its soposidly if he takes me back ill probobly stay there than with my dad and i just think its not right so i dont know what im soposed to do or anything
