Why am I failing to overcome this low self esteem monster?

I wаѕ constantly harassed, belittled, emotionally abused аnd аt times physically abused bу mу οwn care fοr & thіѕ іѕ hοw i look even now.
Thіѕ I believe іѕ thе root cause οf mу problem. Hοw dο I deal wіth thіѕ, I need confidence іn mу life.
Seriously іtѕ torcher tο hаνе a low self admire becoz I еnd up јυѕt bottling everything up аnd іtѕ hard tο contain іt.
Whаt steps сουld I take tο hеlр myself?


Public with low self admire just need to know that all else has there own weakness’s/problems/secrets/pasts etc.
Just go into every situation knowing that no person there is ever any better than you for whatever reason. Hold your head up high, the more you do this the simpler it will get.

You’ve been through a lot. I suggest you see a psychiatrist or a councillor about it.
They are the guardians hostile to such foul beasts.

sure uve had a terrible past but tis best to not remember aboutt it, even though its so hardd to let a business thats changed your mentality and the way you reckon about things just flow right past your mind though its for the best something you can do is , pick up a leisure activity, do some research on something, maybe take up a coarse on something you’ve always wanted to learn, pick up conception, painting something to lett your expressions outt is excellent, i suggest painting its expressive and can give you a secound look at things, it sounds realy geeky and u might reckon your badd at it, just pik up a brush and paint and paint wat u feel, im like urself and bottle up my rage and dread and i find it best to justt do something constructive and stay away from the things that make me mad and change my view on myself and all around me.

your past is hard to overcome for anyone. it’s just one of those things that heals with time. try considering a psychiatrist or talking it over . don’t bottle it in, it makes it worse. or you can write down how you’re feeling. keep a daily journal. and whatever goes incorrect, try to figure out how you’re gonna fix that and do better the next day. i did it, and it worked.
The first business is to realize that sometime our parents do to us what happened to them.So step further than yourself and reckon if you would pity such a person since they were treated that way!
If so,then you should realize that what they say isn’t right it’s just all they know.
Look I don’tt have any thought what you look like or what you reckon or how you act but one business that I do know is that everybody and I mean everybody has insecurities but they all crap through thier **** just like you
Keep striving! don’t give up.I saw a guidance councilor at my school, and it helped so much just to talk about it with her. don’t let your mom discriminate you.You’re a gorgeous person, and she obviously doesn’t see that. did you let her know how you feel?she may be unaware that she’s hurting you.
you can get counselling .You can talk out your problems,it helps since the more u keep it inside the more it hurts,when u talk it out u really start to feel better.this shows that your not worried to go on from ur past.sometimes we have to let go of the past,ppl,things cause we are worth much more.develop a strong mind set,and have yourself around positive ppl that promote u for right,and builds u up.believe in urself,dont let ppl take advantage of u.hope u get tru

This is my favorite quote ever, since ive had a hard past that completely crushed my confidence. Its took me a long time to get it back, and i still have small times where i feel a bit low and lost but ive got allot better.
You just need to delight in your life i believe.
Go out with your friends and have a excellent time, this higher than anything will get your mind off things.
Reckon of the things your frightened of and face them head on.
In my case something i was frightened of was just going out, so the more i done it the more i got used to it, and before i knew it i could go out without even thinking if i was frightened or not.
Confidence is a physiological business.
You need to use your body to defeat your brain.
Make your body go out and delight in things and your brain will get used to doing it.
The more you do and the more things you get over the larger and better your self confidence will get.
Its a hard business to do, as is life, nothing is ever simple sorry to say.
But you can and will do it. you just need to believe in yourself and push yourself to do everything.
