huh that’s tough one.
I know a few public that have been in sexually abused by family. You will always have that with you.
Being bullied is hard to overcome as well but that’s school just try to pick yourself up and go…not all is like that.
But with the friends business, learn to say no don’t let them walk all over you. You have a voice use it.

Lower than what. I guess you have to give up on perfectionism (everybody is a perfectionist, and very few satisfy themselves) and simply pursue your own needs. Be honest and helpful and do your best, that’s all you should expect from your self.

For once, erase EVERYTHING that’s in your mind. The things that are bugging you, erase those. And say “I’M NOT A MUTHAPHUCKKIN PUSHOVERRRR!!!!! FROM THIS DAY ONWARDS, I’M NO MUTHAPHUCKKIN MR NICE GUY NO MUTHAPHUCKKIN MORE!!”
Lol for the serious part, you’ve to stop thinking of and for public. You’ve to place yourself before public. F*ck what any one says about you, it’s Life. Ya gotta stop caring, have your heart FROZEN for awhile. Since in this world, it’s Kill Or Be Killed. Don’t give no sympathy, only to those who deserve it, but it’d rare tho. Ya gotta stand up for yourself every once in awhile, sure i know Giving is more Pleasing, but be a Giver, and you’d remain one forever, since public would take you for granted.
They’d be blinded by Selfishness and they won’t be able to see the Bright Star surrounded by you.
