Get alot of sunlight.
Find a support group for caregivers in your area.
Talking with someone going through the same business helps a lot.
Most communities have systems in place where Alzheimer’s patients can go to like Day Care for adults. You need a break my dear. If you continue to try to deal with this illness by yourself you will become more depressed and start to resent the ill person. Persons with Alzheimer’s can live for years and you cannot continue to do this without help. You could get a relative to take some turns helping with your family member. You could talk to Rest home about help in dealing with this illness.
