my suggestion for u would be not to reckon of the fact or the incident that might have caused u depression. and then tlk with someone who is really jovial and can keep u pleased ,read comical books that will keep u exicted and if possible watch amusing cartoons.

just always tell yourself that things will only get better since if you feel realy low then you cant get any lower realy can you? ive always found my remedy is to reckon : 2 weeks, in 2 weeks i wont feel so terrible and it wont be such a huge deal to me . its so simple but has helped me through some toughies just look forward thats what i say.

i was in this sitaution an it lead to death since all i was thinking was i was useless and no key or help.I believe i did the right business. I went to a church make friend ’till i found a excellent friend a pastors wife since i am woman….endeed up that i was invited with dinner. It seems i found a home and a family. From sunday to sunday i like being there. to them i poured out my heart everything in me…..for three months listening to them and learn from them was incredible… God turn all my past as a ministry to promote public and lead them to the light and i am now much younger, happeir than i was.
