Okay, іѕ thіѕ a suitable qυеѕtіοn. It іѕ really annoying whеn уου аrе going through a hard time аnd yahoo deletes уουr qυеѕtіοn fοr nο apparent reason. Thіѕ іѕ a QUESTION, nοt a rant οr talk, I аm going through a very hard time аnd I аm wondering іf anyone еlѕе іѕ аnd hοw thеу аrе dealing through іt. THANKS, bυt NO NASTY ANSWS., I wіll REPORT!

    I would go for a walk, play videogames, talk to friends. Anything to keep your mind off of your problems.

    im not overcoming it but i do have depression problems
    i want to get help but my parents cant know about it so im haveing vex

    All is different, so for you to find a particular contest for dealing with it is a waste of energy. Find it yourself. Read , read and read … practicice, practice, practice.

    Overcoming is letting it go, dissapear/dissolve, not tying it to your self image

    If you pray..well i’m sure you’ve heard it before, pray…continue praying day and night, keep a journal of your thoughts feelings and emotions, if you have been depressed for longer than a month seek medical guidance, you might have a chemical imbalance you were not aware of and there is no shame in seeking further than help if your emotions overwhelm or scare you. When i found out i was suffering from anxiety attacks and a name was given to my increasing mood swings i then was able to deal with it better. Before being treated and receiving medication, i thought i was bringing up the rear my mind.now with the help of counseling much prayer (three to four times daily) i am now medication free and learning to cope with anxiety/depression, keep your head up, and I’ll be praying for you on this end.

    Get in touch with teh most vital relationship in your life and that is the one between you and God. Then get around others who are doing the same.

    if you feel like you are really depressed, question your parents or go to the doctor, or a youth clinic and question them for medication. (youth clinic is ordinarily the best since they dot question you much questions and material.. they just want to help you)
    try to find something that helps you with your depression. maybe its composition, exercise, painting, writing; and it will help you express yourself and let you relax.
