    GART – I know exactly how u feel. I’ve been extremely shy ever since I was about 12…Around family, I was a completely different person – nearly the opposite of shy…but… school was dreadful. I was so shy that I could barely look public in the eyes as I walked down the hallways. I had a few friends, but mostly kept to myself.

    What I wanted to say, is that, it took me awhile, but what I realized (with the help of lots of therapy lol) is that shyness CAN be overcome. Don’t give up on urself!:)

    its like i just can’t help it. i can’t reckon of what to say. i want to talk to public but i feel nervous and uncomfortable. I HAVE IT BAD! but i’m perfectly normal around family

    @mammalmoose same here lol. But we do have to overcome shyness. It’s going to bring us into a lot of troubles.

  • satchi123 says:

    @mammalmoose yes i know what u mean, u described my situation through urs..lol

  • satchi123 says:

    what a bitch face, shyness is not being selfish, its more like ud like to do something but u feel unsure, worried and reckon too much about consequences, those are preventing u from doing what youd like to do.

  • mammalmoose says:

    @epicdweeb LOL!

  • mammalmoose says:

    @hateforever Same here. I felt like public were not on my level at all. That all they cared about is movies, sex, and so on…eh..you know the one-dimensional material. I never look down on public though but public probably still find that i am stuck up but no way i am just shy.

  • YoungMalcomX1 says:

    @Saraljinx same here

    Small tale: I talked to this girl wich seems to look and behave nice, but is shy. what should I do when I see her soon? I don’t want to question too personal questions to scare her, yet I don’t want to question too simple questions that are too dull either. Please help me out.

  • gcord21 says:

    @doodoobrown1987 You do. It drives me crazy. I try to change but its hard. Public just don’t know the way we feel.

  • doodoobrown1987 says:

    @gcord21 yeah me too

  • gcord21 says:

    @Saraljinx Yeah, I feel like I am always being judged, to the top were I am paranoid about it.

  • Saraljinx says:

    @gcord21 Idk i guess i got used to other public over time, and i found out public dont really care about how u act or look, i mean they dont judge u about it .cuz public r so outgoing and loud thats how they make friend, right?

  • gcord21 says:

    @Saraljinx What did you do to fix it? I still get nervous and silent.

  • Saraljinx says:

    @gcord21 Yeah same i posted that 5 months ago im better now but im still silent and nervous

  • gcord21 says:

    @Saraljinx I can tell. I reckon I saw your message from a previous post. When I was a kid I was so shy elementary school that my teacher thought I had some mental disorder or something going on at home. Anyway, she chose to go to my house to see what the deal was and was shocked when she entered the house to see me jumping up and down and basically being a kid. My care for told her that I was normal at home. Its hard to say what it is.

  • Garraad says:

    Shyness has nothing to do with selfishness…it is two diffrent things.
