I can only speak for severe depression, since I have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder. You tend to spend a lot of time by yourself, and you become uninterested in things that you normally would delight in. It’s the feeling of “things won’t get better.” you tend to experience more terrible things, than excellent things throughout your life. You feel teary, withdrawn, and even apathetic. 1. stop eating or drinking anything with sugar.
2. stop eating junk food and get on a healthy food curriculum
3. get 8 hours of sleep each night.
4. limit your time on video games and the cell buzz
5. get out and exercise
6. stay away from a lot of starches like bread, cookies, chips etc.
7. get 15-20 minutes of sun light each day.
8. set a fixed time to get up and go to sleep.
Be in the bed by ten and get up by 7.,
9. plot out your day. Have a plot of what yu are going to do each day. Make sure that you are occupied in a excellent way.
10 Stay away from all drugs, alcohol, cigarettes.
11. If you are under 18 keep yourself physically and emotionally safe by saying no to *** or even making out. You can reckon much clearer and having *** does not mean someone likes or likes you.
12.,eat three meals a day on fixed times Breakfast at 7 lunch at 12 or near there and dinner between 5-7.
13. eat two fruits and 8 ounces of vegetables every day. Don;t go any longer than 6 ounces of fruit juice at anytime. 6 ounces equals one fruit. No sodas
13. Get 15-20 minutes in the sun every day that yu can.
You would be surprised at how food can change your moods.
Also stay away from negative public. Stay away from public who hurt you emotionaly or mentally.
You may not be able to do all of these things at once. It can seem overwhelimg. Just try to do two of them for one month then add on two more the next month
