    That’s right….IF you can force yourself further than or to really exercise. Some public simply just can’t…but if you can, it certainly helps!

    haha well I don’t go to college since I don’t have money, cant get a job since my country is so fucked up that you need strong connections to even get a job at supermarket. And the way things are going I probably wont live to be 28 or 30 year ancient. So shut up, do some exercise get focused and go some antidepresives.

    @bigfy94 it does but, you have to stick with it for it to do any excellent. and part of being depressed is bringing up the rear intrest in everything.

    i take my meds but, it just supresses it my only hope is knowing that if i keep the one’s i like close to me that my depression will pass since i have clinical bipolar. and half is being manic and half is being depressed. all these suggestions are from public who reckon depression is just being sad it’s not.

    I like such subjects. Many public who are diagnosed as depression patients undergo treatments with medications, but do not help. So I went through ways to make the person mentally healthy which I shown on a slide film.

    you want to help yourself here are some simple tips.
    1. STOP taking yourself and others so seriously
    2. NEVER lose your sense of humor (it can save you)
    3. Get fresh air
    4. See as many sights either locally or abroad as you can.
    5. Find the beauty in the world it is all around you and always has been
    6. Smoke a joint (or bowl whatever suits you)

    these advices are really sorry to say the average person says to someone that has depression. if you are mildly depressed, sure these advices may work but in no way will it ever work if you have major depression. I have major depression myself and from talking to public like this, they have no thought what it’s like obviously. The only “possible” way for a cure is to get professional help, not sit around forcing yourself to reckon about pleased things when it doesn’t work in the end.

    the guy at the end was on to something :P , excersise is proven to increase hapiness, from runners high to just feeling more reliable in yourself, weed is also excellent, long walks, lol, vandalism :L or just putting aside all your inhibitions and being exactly what you want to be, i do all that but i still get depressed from time to time, when i reckon about all the stupid, intolerant ****** in the world and public who bring me down.

    I used to reckon depression was a curse. It’s really a natural reaction to when our spiritual light is switched on. How can we not feel sorrow when we see the world as it really is?

    Depression is a sign that you are still alive. All the prophets of the past got depressed at times.

    yeah, I was hopping it would make you reckon differently while you’re high. Anyway, then I suggest working out cuz it boosts up your testosterone levels and makes you more energetic. Try it everyday for two weeks, at least 1.5 hours a day and instensive.

    BTW I mean US does that to you with its unhealthy food and motionless lifestyle.

    i took the unhealthy road with cigarettes. i’m not putting down weed, but my high makes me feel more self conscious about myself and how out of touch i’ve gotten with public and me. kind of the opposite of how it works for most public, but i’m better without it

    lol,i don’t know about the U.S. being completely responsible. there are excellent public where i live, and i wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. i’d just like to be something more then who i have been for the past four years.
