I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder with depression and we have a place called Lakeview center and they only charge a $2 co pay for public who cant afford. This covers considering the doctor and the pyciatrist and they have excellent medication deals as well. So there are plenty of places here in the US anyways that help with these things.
Yes there is every top. Depression is a mental disorder which can destruct your life, so letting it carry on overtime will most definetely make yourself worse. You will feel like theres no top in living, that everybody despises you and unknown likes you, everything negative about a sitation and not the positive, you will throw away opportunities which could change your life and a whole lot more.
I suffer with depression, have done over a period of about 5 years. I have had various attempts at therapy but it just has never worked for me. The doctors I have been too have not troubled with medication, I believe it is since I am under the age of 18. Everytime I saw a doctor about depression and about medication, it would go on for ages and felt like I was being stringed along, so I just would get bored with it and not remember about it. Over the 5 year period and up to this day, I have had alot of personal experiences with depression, attempted suicide and everything in between, so I know a hell of alot about it.
I had to treat myself basically, at the same time as I was recovering from an eating disorder. It was hard at first, but after a number of events, it became alot simpler and things became clearer. There are things you will need to learn about how to recover from depression. For some public it will take longer and for others it will be a quick process, remember all is different.
1. Train yourself to reckon positively and become an optimist.
You have probably heard this a billion times, and theres a reason why, it is an incredible business once you have got the hang of it. You need to look at every situation positively, and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you reckon negative, negative things are more likely to happen, and if positive things happen, your gonna be too busy being negative to notice.
2. Avoid negative public.
If your surrounded by negative public, you are being fed negative influences. Its hard to be positive at the same time as all is being negative isnt it? Reckon how all the positive public who have problems of their own cope with you being negative all the time, when they are trying their best to get on with life and be positive.
3. Be careful what you say.
When your in a depressive state, you can find yourself saying things that you don’t really mean. These things can often upset or annoy someone, without you realising it. If you carry on not thinking about what your saying, you will lose friends who you realise you want in your life. So reckon before you say things, question yourself if they are worth saying and how are public going to take it.
4. Do things you delight in.
When your depressed, ordinarily you just want to lock yourself away from the world and feel sorry for yourself. This is a vicious circle which ends up you being more depressed that you haven’t done anything or that your missing out on life and wanting public to feel sorry for you. So make the time and start doing the things you delight in, or used to delight in doing (as many depressed public lose interest in things they once loved).
5. Make sure your healthy.
This includes your diet, exercise and sleep. Diet needs to be well balanced and healthy with loads of water everyday. You need to be exercising regularly, this helps to release ‘feel excellent’ chemicals in your body and makes you feel better about yourself. Try doing 30 minutes of walking 3 times a week and build it up from there. Your sleep needs to be routined and you need to be getting the amount of sleep you need, as everybody needs different amount of sleep every night.
All these are simple steps which will take time to get the hang of, entrust me. But they are really worth the end result, you will be a lot more pleased with yourself and life. Realise that your manslaughter time being depressed and negative, and start to turn your life around, one step at a time! Its possible
