Uhm, this book does deal with a kid with an eating disorder, depression, along with other things. it’s really amusing and entertaining cover to cover, with an fascinating main character and a whole different perspective on life. It’s Kind of a Amusing Tale by Ned Vizzini.
Um there was this one that I read, Diary of an Anorexic Girl or something like that, very excellent. I’ll try to go find you a link. It was really excellent
Wasted by Marya Hornbacher (a memoir of anorexia and bulimia)
Wintergirls by Laurie Halse Anderson (fictional tale)
Stick Figure Lori Gottleib (fictional, I reckon)

Living with Ed by Jenni Schaefer (self-help)
The Anorexia Workbook by Michelle Hefner (self-help)
